We have a comprehensive range of free weights as well as top of the range Nautilus Nitro Plus pin loaded weights.
Bodycare Squash and Fitness also has a variety of cardio equipment including treadmills, concept 2 rowers, upright bikes, steppers, elliptical trainers and more.
We also have a variety of group classes on offer such as circuit, step, spin bike and power bar classes.
